I've had my PitBoss pro 1600 Grill for 8 years now. It has never stopped working, but I am constantly fighting it to get to the correct temperature. I had the controller replaced, That didn't help. Removed the internal metal works based on input from their support team and that didn't help. I can plan the timing of things now, but have to game the temp controller by setting temps way above where they need to be and adding more time. The thing looked good on paper, but is a complete dog in practice!
The Pit Boss gave me some good meals, gave me some late meals, and there were the underdone meals because it took forever to heat up. Goodbye Pit Boss.
