Looking for some direction. I have and older grill. Lcd control, essentially and early carbon series. Grill started tripping the breaker during warmup/ startup. ( Overheating I think) Error code indicated replacing heating element, then temp gauge, then mother board in series if it continued...I've replaced all 3 and same issue persists.

Welcome from Texas to the group !
You definitely have a short somewhere
Have you plugged anything else in the wall plug to see if it trips the breaker?
If you’re using an extension cord make sure it is a heavy gauge cord. 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Thanks for the welcome.. I've gone as far as plugging directly into another circuit after each phase of repair with the same results.

During warmup the grill temp soars to 300 before trips and shuts off

Well you definitely have a short on the grill. Best advice I have is to ohm everything out
I’d definitely take pictures of everything
One other thing
Is there a chance that something is plugged in wrong? 🇺🇸🇺🇸
