Hello from Wisconsin!

Hello all,
Just got my first pellet grill, a KC Combo last week and loving it! So far we have done wings, turkey breast, full breakfast and pizza. I did burn the crust on both pizza's, defiantly a hot spot over the cup! I was wondering what people use for griddle spatulas? I bought a set and keep bending the stainless steel at the handle. So I need a replacement that is good and strong!
