I have been a Pitt Boss owner for a few years. Been through my first rebuild and must say the staff are very helpful but just a tad slow. I use my grill year round and there are adjustments needed when the mercury drops. I don't recommend grilling below 0 degrees. The grill works ok but the cook suffers. I am thinking about the smoked Turkey this year. Has anyone cooked the turkey only with the smoke or P settings?
