Happy Thanksgiving to all.....best turkey we have ever had. Just the breast but it was great....Meat Church brine, then Garlic and Herb seasoning, Pit Boss Apple pellets. Came out perfect meat was moist with a great flavor. We will do this again

That's the temp probe right off the 850 pro controller. I checked it with my pin gauge and believe it or not it was accurate within a degree, so close enough for just monitoring
