Work day for me so nothing on the smoker. Not to mention we're supposed to get heavy rain and wind all day.

My New Year's Eve cook. Beef jerky and Moink Balls. Tried hanging the jerky this time and worked out great, no flipping required! Decided to try the skewers on the Moink Balls too,much easier to flip and move around.

Happy New Year!!! Got 18 degrees left until my first brisket on my new 850. First brisket on a pellet grill as well. So far so good...
Same thing we did @DaveXDm9 had a veggie tray, crackers and cheese. No smoking for me, it has been raining the past 2 days so a layout like what you had was good enough.Happy Near Years Everyone! Cheers to a great and healthy 2021!

First brisket was a success!!! Passed the finger and the pull test, and most importantly the moisture and taste were pretty good as well... Could have a tad more smoke, but you could still taste it...Cut off part of the point at 185, and did burnt ends...
