Happy 250th Independence Day! What's going on your PB?

I've got 4 racks of baby back ribs going on the Lexington in the morning, then I'll fire up the Weber for burgers, brisket weenies, beef sausages and chicken wings, plus Lovely is whipping up a huge batch of her family favorite mustard potato salad, and the Boy One is making an apple pie. Mmmm, Mmmm!

Tomorrow I'll roll smoke, but today, I'm off to the gun range to celebrate by burning up some powder and sending some lead downrange. This is going to be a GREAT FUN celebratory weekend!

Right back at ya! Happy 250th. We’ll be enjoying homemade sides of all kinds with Tri Tip, burgers and dogs. I’m going to do a little target practicing in between everything else but mostly just enjoying the day watching hatchlings follow their mommies around. Also the pastures around us are being harvested currently and it’s fun to watch that process.
