Griddles are great.
After RVing and boating for years with a series of cheap table top gas grills, we bought a Blackstone griddle last year and love it. It's so versatile, able to cook hashbrowns, eggs, bacon, all kinds of veggies etc.and is really easy to clean up.
Two down sides...
No smoke flavor and no grill marks.
If we end up buying another one for the house I'd consider the Pit Boss for sure.
