Greetings - I bought a PB700FB1 several years ago - shows no power?

I bought a PB700FB1 several years ago. I have always had some problems starting it up, but managed to succeed. We have not used it for at least 3 years but it's always been covered and has been kept outside. I tried starting it today, but I don't see any blue light and nothing happens when I touch the start button.

I did some reading in the original manual and it suggested the most common problem in my case is a bad inline fuse on the back of the control board? Anyone have any ideas or experience with this type of problem? I don't even know how to get to the control board, but maybe there is a video on YouTube? If the fuse is the problem, anyone know where I can buy one? Suggestions for parts were Amazon & Walmart? Possibly I need a new motor of some sort? Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome from Texas to the group!
Check your fuse first of all.
Take the screws out of the plate on the bottom of the hopper
You’ll see everything in there.
I’d also check the connections since you’re in there. Let me know what you find please sir

+1. Make sure the fuse is out of the circuit when you ohm it out though.
