Got my 1600 Competition yesterday and did a solo assembly. I have the legs and shelf installed and the grill seems solid, even without attaching Part 21 to the barrel. The tapped screw holes in Part 21 won't accept the included screw. I did attach Part 21 to the legs so it's secure there. I've reached out to customer support. It was hot humid yesterday so I called time after 3 hours. I'll finish assembly later today. Looking forward to some awesome grilling!

I don’t think it has a name. On assembly instructions it’s listed as Part 21. It’s a decorative plate that is attached to the barrel and to the legs on the backside of the grill.
