Glass shattered...

I just walked outside to check on my ribs and the glass is completely shattered. I'm in shock. What could have caused this!?

Have any pictures? Could be the temp got too low then kept feeding pellets causing them to smoulder then Boom! Not good, contact Pit Boss support hopefully they can help

This happen to another guy on a different forum where the temp got too high and he had a water pan which he believes that steam and the heat cause his window to crack.

What was the temp on the grill when you noticed it was cracked.
