Just curious but are you going to pour footings for the deck, or will it just be built a wood base? Thanks for the tip. Its going to be a long week staring at it so covering it up will help with that too.......
3' should be well below the frost line. Hope it all goes smoothly. Its a wood deck. I dug my holes for my concrete tubes 3 feet into the ground with anchors to connect the deck. I dont think it is going to move. I toyed with the idea of pouring a slab for the floor but getting the truck to the back yard to pour it made that a difficult option.
We had a couple issues, but made it work
Looks pretty good. Are you going to have all your cookers on one side or do a corner thing with half one side and join the other half in a corner? We had a couple issues, but made it work
So the only side that will not have cookers will be the front. On the left side will be my drum and kamodo. The back side will have my gas grill and Blackstone. On the right side will be my Pitboss 1600 and my Masterbuilt electric, and in the center of the floor will be my prep table. I want the table in the middle so it is accessible from all of the cookers.Looks pretty good. Looking really good and you sure filled up the dance floor. Are you going to build another deck for a bar/eating area? It really looks great. So the only side that will not have cookers will be the front. On the left side will be my drum and kamodo. The back side will have my gas grill and Blackstone.
