ERR auger code

Hello,
I have a pitboss kc combo grill that is giving a ERR auger code as soon as i power up grill. I have changed the control panel and the auger motor. Customer service also sent me a new wire harness. I continue to get the ERR code even after all the parts were changed out. I also performed a test where i took the exhaust fan wires from new control board and ran to auger motor and fan came on and auger turned as it should. No jam or wet pellets. Help

there is a problem with the temperature probe (RTD sensor), the igniter, or a loose wiring connection.
