Brand new to the forum and just got my copperhead 7 last weekend, I have a big cook coming for my bday party in a couple of weeks and noticed that the pork butt I smoked last weekend took 11 hours to get to temp. Tasted great but have never had one go more then about 8 on my Louisiana pellet grill or my old master craft smoker. I think it was the water pan. So here is my question looking at smoking 2 briskets and 2 butts , what am I looking for cook time wise on the briskets? 16 hours?
