Beef back ribs

If I were you I’d go with a sweet rub
3/2/1 option
3 hours on the grill. I spritz with apple juice
2 hours wrapped and I put a Dr Pepper in with them
1unwrap and mop on your favorite bbq sauce
225 degrees
I always pull the membrane off with a butter knife
Hopefully this helps you 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Thank you, @Cowboy1955, I didn't think about the sweet option, since beef had me leaning to brisket type rub. Interesting.

Recommendations on a sweet rub?

Keep the suggestions coming, folks! Gonna likely do a slab of babybacks with these this coming weekend, thought about picking up another slab of beef to try a couple different rubs.

Also might have to half them depending how they fit in my Copperhead 3 series vertical. That'll give me possibly several different rub samples to try.

Also I double-posted the thread by mistake, could a Moderator please delete the duplicate thread?? TIA.
