Augur Errors - smoker err at 250

Hello, I have a pelican Navigator 6, purchased this year. Since I’ve bought it, the smoker has consistently errored out when asked to maintain a 225 degree temperature. I’ve already replaced the auger, sent to me by customer support

It’s the temperature sensor
Unplug it for 10 minutes
This allows the motherboard and control board to fully reset.
let me know if that fixes it
