Auger turning after clearing clog.

I had an auger clog. followed directions to clear. Auger started turning then stopped and will not turn. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's an Austin XL. Is it normal for fan unit to bounce around?

Welcome from Texas to the group!!
Empty the hopper and pull the auger and vacuum out any pellets you can get to. Then fill the hopper up and try it

Hello Texas. removed auger twice already vacuumed out reinstalled. put pellets in, went to prime it started turning then stopped.

Then it’s the pellets
I use bear mountain pellets
Empty it again and try those. Some of the cheaper pellets are full of dust and long pellets than clog them up

Welcome from Oklahoma to the group. Like what was suggested by Cowboy1955 to try other pellets, I just want to suggest also to sift your pellets. I have always sifted mine and been lucky enough not to have auger problems. Members here also suggested saving the pellet shorts and dust to use in a smoke tube. That works great. If you still have problems call PB customer support if your unit is less than 5 years old, it will still be under warranty. They can help you out. Good luck!!
