Greetings from Arkansas. I bought a Pit Boss Pro Series 1300 PS4 from Lowe’s. Primed it, and about 5 minutes in, auger error / upside down pig. Called Pit oss and they sent me a new auger motor. Replaced it, and once I turned it on, the temperature starts to rise and same darn error. And the help center is closed. Has anyone experienced this?
I’m beginning to think that I made a mistake buying this brand instead of a Traeger.
