Did you call PitBoss support on this issue?
Seems like you’ve had nothing but issues with your grill

I have been back and forth with Pit Boss. The new control board has stabilized the temps quite well but there are still some swings. Nothing that I can't live with. With all the discussions of the air gap issue in so many models, just wondering if anyone has considered the air gap issue affecting the Titan. Pit Boss hasn't said anything about the air gap to me,
