Bought used, have done numerous repairs.
Question 1 - Are the vent caps supposed to have anything in the cap itself to reduce the vent opening. I have a 1 " gap from the top of the stack to the bottom inside of the cap, which is screwed down all the way. The unit has 2 of the stacks and they are both the same...
Question 2 - Downloaded the manual for the smoker/grill, searched all over for the flame diverter that slides for the 2180.... Nothing pops up except for the units lower than the 2180. where can I get the part number. The part number listed in the manual does not correspond with the numbers that tech support use.
