A came across a minor assembly issue while assembling the 1600. In step 5, the provided screws (D x 2) do not fit in the tapped holes in Part 21. I tried inserting the screws without attaching it to the barrel to see if I was misaligning them during assembly, but they do not insert into the tapped holes. I may have a tap and die set to see if I can re-tap the screw holes or just find some machine screws to use instead. After tightening all of the screws the grill seems to be solid without having these two screws inserted thru the barrel into Part 21. Can you tell me what size the Part 21 to barrel screw holes are? If not, no biggie. I assembled the 1600 by myself. It certainly would have gone quicker with two sets of hands but I got the job done in 3 hours. I did have my wife assist me in standing up the grill.
