I have a brand new PB 850 DX since the beginning will not hook up to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth not even close will not let me check my Wi-Fi to see if the smoker is connected

I have a brand new PB 850 DX since the beginning will not hook up to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth not even close will not let me check my Wi-Fi to see if the smoker is connected

Standing next to the smoker… turn off your WiFi and try to Connect to Bluetooth ONLY.



Once securely connected to the smoker via Bluetooth; turn on the WiFi and try to connect to the smoker.



When it connects to the smoker via WiFi, turn off your Bluetooth. It should stay connected to the WiFi.

Time to call customer support for help to diagnosis. My smoker was new but with a bad controller, it wouldn't connect to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. They sent a new one out and it's been fine ever since.
