Whiskey blend Pit Boss pellets

I haven't used the Pit boss brand but I have used bourbon pellets on a pork butt. I thought the slightly sweet smoke went nicely with the pork.
Did a roast beef with PB whiskey pellets yesterday. Came out a perfect medium and was tasty and juicy after 4 hours. Look forward to trying different brands off whiskey pellets. This cook turned out great but, as usual, not a ton of smoke flavor. Even used a smoke tube.
I’ve used apple pellets with a Montreal maple rub. Was real good
