Hands down the most tender and easiest to shred. Went on smoke mode (180) for about 3.5 hours, then dialed it up a little to 200 then panicked to 225 for about another 3.5 hours. Got to internal temp at about 155 and decided to foil tent it at 250 for an other 3 hours. Had the entire day to tend to it. Originally it was a solid 10 pounder but I cut it in half roughly. Injected with apple cider vinegar and a PB rubLooks great!
