Did two racks. One on the left was unwrapped and seasoned with Hickory Bacon rub. Rack on the right was seasoned with Bourbon Molasses, agave and brown sugar and I wrapped those. Both turned out excellent. I put them on 175 on the Series 3 for 3 hours. Then wrapped one rack and turned up to 225 for 2 hours and finally one more hour unwrapped. The ribs on the left stayed on for all 6 hours and they had a very good smoke flavor, more than the wrapped ribs but that might be because of the seasoning was very sweet on those. The ones on the left were not quite as tender but were still very good. Had leftovers to bring to work.
