I’ve had my Pit Boss 340 for 10 months and it’s the 1st pellet grill (or smoker) I’ve owned. I used it 4+ times a week for the first 6 months and now I use it 2 or 3 times a week. It never dawned on me that there may be a forum available to pick up a few tips, but it finally hit me this evening. I’d love to get some new ideas and share some of my experiences as well.
 
I’ve had great success with ribs in a number of different rubs/sauces, but I’ve failed miserably at a decent brisket on several occasions.

Brisket is tough, and something I'm still trying to master. Do you wrap with butcher paper or foil ?
