Warm Up Time Seems Long

Hey gang!

New to the pellet world and I have a question regarding how long it takes you guys to warm up your pellet grills…. I recently bought a PB850PS2 and it takes about a 1/2hr for it to get to 350. Is this normal, or could I have a problem with something? I‘be read comments from people online saying it takes 10-15mins to get to 350, so I‘m questioning if I’m doing something wrong or if there’s something wrong with my control panel.

Keep cooking it should get better with each use my 1150 did. 30 min from start up to 350 don't seem to bad to me.
I always start and run mine on smoke to begin with then go to my cookin temp.
