I might have missed understood what you were asking but I have a Thermoworks Signals to monitor my cooks. The app shows you the graph but also tells you the temperature change per hour.

Yes it does. I have a meater block and it calculates cook time by using the internal temp of the meat and the ambient temperature in the cook chamber. The only drawback is it takes a while to calculate.

That’s really pretty neat. The ambient temp probe is absolutely a necessity for us pitboss owners
