Temperature probes off by a lot

Does anyone know if you can calibrate the temperature probes on the KC Combo? I have another digital thermometer and it said my probe was off by 25°. I had an undercooked chicken because of it.

I always check meat with a separate temperature probe, pit boss probes are known to be off most times.

Haven't used my Pitboss probes for over a year. I use the probes on my Thermoworks Smoke for both smoker temp and meat temp. I still double check with my Thermopen because you never know how exactly you have the probe inserted.

I clean mine after every cook
Stops temperature swings
