I have a new 820 pro and I’m having trouble maintaining temp. I called customer service and they sent me a new RTD temp probe. It’s still doing the same thing, 40-50 temp swings between set point and digital temp and the lid temp is much lower than digital temp which I would assume should read higher due to heat rising. I’ve cooked whole chickens twice and they have taken almost twice the time recommended. I have a friend that has the same grill and his is not having these issues.
