Temp won't stop going up

I started on smoke. Turned it to 250. It won't shut off unless I unplug it.

Call support. There are stories on here about things being wired improperly from the factory.

Does the auger feed continuously? Open the hopper and listen and watch. You can see the pellets move as the auger turns. If it doesn't turn off it sounds like a control panel issue or it is wired wrong.
