Temp keeps rising

HELP! I just fired up my PB850 and its shooting right past temp setting. set it to 200 and it shot to 243 and wasnt stopping. Almost like the fan is stuck. I put an icecube on the probe and the temp reading dropped but went right back up. Its only the sixth cook and just cleaned it out last Sunday and did steaks and salmon so it should be clean
