I've been looking at buying the new Sportsman Portable and was wondering if anyone of the forum has one? Looking to get some real world reviews on it before spending the money. The size seems great for camping trips.

My cousin has the Mahogany version and really likes it. He takes it all over. That is all about I can tell you. You need a 110V outlet to run it. I think it draws 15 amps and a little over 200 watts. A decent sized inverter, a portable power supply/station, or generator is a must to run it away from shore power.
The Green Mountain Grills all run off of 12 volts making them easier to use away from shore power. You can hook them right up to any 12 volt battery.
