Looking to smoke both a 19 lbs. Turkey in the lower chamber at 250, while I smoke an 11 lbs. spiral ham in the top chamber. If I run the lower chamber at 250, what can I expect my upper chamber to run at, so I know how long to smoke the ham for?

I'd watch the temperature in the thickest part of the ham, 130-140 degs internal temp. Upper chamber will be a little warmer than 250 degs.

Haven't done it in a pellet so no help.
It does bring back memories of doing them in a bullet water smoker. Starting around 3-4 AM Apple Jack turkey right above water pan then the ham above dripping down on the Turkey. Apple wood coming from trees in yard. Sometimes by the time the ham and turkey were done we were too! From the wine and apple jack we were cooking with. LoL ya cain't cook with it if ya wouldn't drink it. Fun times.
