Smoking Cheese

We're heading to a relatives tomorrow for Easter Sunday and one of our contributions is smoked cream cheese. The one on the left is brandied nut topping. Center is a chili sauce and more. Right is siracha herbal topping.
2 hours at 225 using a smoke tube and Sam's Club pellets.
