Smoker temp in the sun..

This is in the Off temp. About 2 hours of direct sun. 87 F ambient in the shade.

Just another variable to control for low and slow.

Wow. I'm on P5 and temps are at 200F.

Air temp is about the same as yesterday.

I'm wondering if Apple burns cooler than a mesquite blend.
