The more I use the side smoker, the more I like it. Temp runs cooler, so you have to adjust accordingly. I just got done with some baby backs and it held the temp at 225 for the entire 5 hour cook.

It was at 325, I made baked potatoes in the main chamber as well.What temp did you select to get 225 in the side smoker?
