Series 7 vertical copper smoker shuts down with higher temperature

Recently have had an issue with smoker shutting off when reaching 400 degrees temperature. The fan will run for a short time, the system shuts down. Ideas for cause?

Cleaned after use, door window cleaned and dried (removed from unit, hung when dry), remove excess ash/debride in burn pot and bottom. Unplugged and covered when not in use.

Have you checked the connections and fuse?
Might even be a controller issue
How old is your grill?
If it’s less than five years old it’s under warranty

It is almost a year old. Will look into the fuse, connection is good.
