Is it common to have a lot of problems with the PitBoss grill? I have purchased a 2nd one & in less than a year it stopped working. Called the Warrenty & they would not accept my debit transaction as proof of purchase, so I had to get the receipt emailed to me for proof of purchase to get the parts needed under their warranty. I gave up on the first one purchased as it was a fluke. How do y’all keep your grills going long term. I really don’t like planning to grill & all of a sudden the grill doesn’t work. Charcoal always works.
