We need a special place to complain about them like the guys with the Sportsman's, Navigators, and Lockhart Models. The Pro series has different controllers than the rest of them. It is only logical.

Those forums hardly get used, and a special place to complain would probably be PitBoss-Grills.com
Aren't we here to share information, recipes, tips, etc. with one another? Not just the owners of a particular grill model?
I think the Pit Boss Forum is a great place as it is, I would not want to discriminate against someone who does not own a Pro Series
