I just bought the kc combo, the power turns on fine on the touchscreen, but doesnt turn off on it, i connected my phone and it turned right off, anyone else have this issue or am i doing something wrong?

Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds? I have to do that on mine to shut it down. Keep in mind the fan may still run when you power it down, it will stop eventually. Mine actually started running at strange times, so I just keep it unplugged now until I need it on.

I second that. Need to hold button down until it shuts off. Also annoying that the Pit Boss light is in constantly while plugged in!
