When my Lexinton model grille stopped igniting, And put error message on screen, I contacted customer support. They determined there was a Auger jam. Sent a video of a new grille with all shiny parts being disassembled to remove auger, then sanding it .
When I replied that it looked that I would have trouble with a grill that had been used, and asked for more help than they gave, they said it was my problem, not theirs, and told me that Owners are required to do maintenence, even though have a 5 yr. warranty it doesn't cover a defective auger.
When I said I was recovering from 2 knee replacements, and was 80 yrs old,and would have trouble working on it rudely suggested I find a way to work on it.
