Pit Boss Pro Series losing power - no error code

I have a 2 year old smoker that is losing power during startup, it seems to lose everything like it was unplugged, I have it plugged into a GFCI but it is not tripping. Twice I have been able to restart it after hours of sitting, then it runs for 2 or 3 minutes, starts to light and then the power cuts out again. Since I was able to restart it I don't think it is the fuse. Not sure if the fan or circuit board or something else is causing a short?

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this or seen the behavior before?

I haven't seen this before. You might want to call customer service and leave a call back number. 1-877-303-3134. Could be a faulty controller. Do you get any error codes on the display?

No error codes on the few times I have gotten it to restart. I just get a normal screen on startup. But now it isn't restarting at all. It was lasting 2-3 minutes, but now it won't start, at least not yet.

I do not know where the fuse is located. Some people here do as they have had the same issue so it might be a bad fuse. Look at post #2 in this thread from Dave and it might help out.
