Pit boss pro series 1100psc2 combo temp control

Just got my pit boss combo grill. After burnin I’m trying to set temp and noticed I can’t set 275. It jumps 250-300-350. Is there any way to set it to 275 or is this not available?

275 available only on their vertical smokers.
