Hello All,
I just bought a Pit Boss 850 Pro and can't wait to get it fired up. My first pellet grill and after reading many reviews on other brands and models, it seems that they all have their issues, but for the price and build quality I have to give Pit Boss the nod. I just finished assembly and I was impressed how well built this unit is. I won't give it my stamp of approval until I actually plug it in and get some use out of it, but it sure looks pretty. I own a small Masterbuilt Mes 30 that I've been smoking with for about 5 years now and It's treated me pretty good. I already own a smoke tube if I need to boost the smoke a bit on the 850. Been reading up quite a bit including mods, issues, and info I might need to get started. I'm in PA and I hope I have decent weather this weekend to get the initial burn in. Wish me luck
