My Pit Boss is three months old. It has always worked great. I cleaned out the ash every few cooks and there has never been much there. Last cook started out fine but the meat after quite some time was mostly raw when I checked it. I don't know if the pellets are not coming out or if the ignitor is not working. I cleaned it out again and turned it on, I pushed the prime button but no pellets. I knocked some pellets in to see if it would heat if it had pellets but no. Nothing got red, nothing smoked. Any ideas where I should start? My husband who is mechanical can do any mechanics if needed. Thank you
