I have a 3yr old PB 600 series that will not power on. Itvwas in the middle of a smoke two weekends ago and I'm not sure what exactly happened but I looked out the window and saw nothing but smoke. I immediately shut the smoker off and unplugged it. After getting the pork in the oven and letting the grill cool enough to investigate I found what looked like the auger fed too many pellets and the igniter cup was overflowing and the pellets weren't burning they were just smoldering which was causing all of the smoke. Now this morning (Sun 5/4) the grill will not power on. The display flashes 561 quickly and nothing else. Fuse is good but that's as far as I know to check. I guess my question is, should I take the time to call Customer Service and troubleshoot? What is the most likely culprit the board, heating element, fan, auger? If it's likely a new control board or heating element will fix the issue I would rather just order one so I can get it up and running ASAP. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!
