It has been happening more and more. Middle of a coin it just looses temp and will not light the pellets. Eventually it catches the whole grill on fire. I’ve cleaned a couple of times and it seems to keep happening. Any recommendations?

Your ignitor only works on start up. Once the pellets catch fire it turns off. Later on if the fire pot overfills it will snuff out the flame. I have a similar problem on my PB 340 (older model) and it happens if I run the temp too low. I was told by PB it could be the humidity in my area but I know Florida climate is different than KC.

Try running it on 200 instead of smoke and see if that helps.
