I have used my pit boss a half dozen times with great results. Today the pit boss temp keeps going higher no matter what temperature setting I put it on. No ash in the pit. I changed the p setting from p4 to p3 and no difference. Any ideas?

Could be a bad internal RTD probe. Contact PB customer service and leave a call back number they will send one for free if that's what it is.
