no flame

It starts fine.
Was smoking for about an hour.
Next time i went out to check, flame was out...
This has happened a couple times now...
Turned off, cleaned and restarted...
Didn't bother smoking anymore and finished cooking...
Common problem...???
Any remedies...???

What is the P setting on? Usually if it is set higher than 4 you will get a flame out.

Yes- it was on 4 (default) then when i restarted it put it on 2 or 3... Thanks
